Happy New Year everyone! We hope you’ve enjoyed a fantastic festive season filled with joy, relaxation, and maybe a little indulgence.
A new year often brings about a lot of growth and change, and here in marvellous Mount Barker, that growth is shaping the future while honouring the area’s rich heritage and community spirit.
Over the last 18 months, we’ve seen the grand opening of the new Woolworths store in Mount Barker South. There’s a new McDonald’s currently being built next door too. More importantly, the South Australian Government has committed to a new $320 million hospital development which will expand the number of beds from 34 to 102. And it has invested $62.7 million into the building of new pre- and primary schools, addressing the educational needs of our growing community.
It’s all about accommodating the ever-evolving needs of one of South Australia’s fastest-growing regions, now and into the future. And we here at Mount Barker Plumbing could not be more excited to see and be a part of that growth and evolution in our small way.
